By innovatively reengineering biological scaffolds, the single-domain antibody products developed from shark-derived natural heavy-chain antibodies offer several advantages over conventional antibodies, including smaller molecular size, enhanced stability, superior tissue penetration, and reduced immunogenicity. These products are applicable in areas such as targeted drug development, in vitro diagnostic reagent design, and biopharmaceutical research, while also providing customized development and large-scale production services. This product can be tailored to generate single-domain antibodies with diverse antigen specificities, supporting end-to-end services from antibody screening through to large-scale purification. The resulting antibodies meet biopharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing‑grade purity standards, and corresponding quality‑control reports are available. Currently, we have established a mature platform for shark immunization, phage‑display library construction, and screening, enabling rapid generation of high‑affinity, highly specific single-domain antibody clones against a wide range of target antigens. We can flexibly adjust development timelines to align with clients’ project schedules, ensuring efficient delivery.
