As a tool enzyme for studying glycosaminoglycans, ChSase ABC I is derived from Proteus vulgaris. This product is recombinantly expressed in E. coli and comprises 997 amino acid residues.

    Product Applications

    It can be used for the determination of chondroitin sulfate content by HPLC (as specified in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia); and for the removal of chondroitin sulfate and dermatan sulfate during the purification processes of heparin and heparin-like substances.
