Shark single-domain antibody

Shark single-domain antibody
By innovatively reengineering biological scaffolds, the single-domain antibody products developed from shark-derived natural heavy-chain antibodies offer several advantages over conventional antibodies, including smaller molecular size, enhanced stability, superior tissue penetration, and reduced immunogenicity. These products are applicable in areas such as targeted drug development, in vitro diagnostic reagent design, and biopharmaceutical research, while also providing customized development and large-scale production services. This product can be tailored to generate single-domain antibodies with diverse antigen specificities, supporting end-to-end services from antibody screening through to large-scale purification. The resulting antibodies meet biopharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing‑grade purity standards, and corresponding quality‑control reports are available. Currently, we have established a mature platform for shark immunization, phage‑display library construction, and screening, enabling rapid generation of high‑affinity, highly specific single-domain antibody clones against a wide range of target antigens. We can flexibly adjust development timelines to align with clients’ project schedules, ensuring efficient delivery.

Chondroitinase AC

Chondroitinase AC
Chondroitinase AC is a hydrolase. It specifically degrades CS A (4‑sulfated chondroitin sulfate) and CS C (6‑sulfated chondroitin sulfate), but does not degrade CS B (dermatan sulfate). This enzyme is recombinantly expressed in E. coli.

Streptokinase

Streptokinase
Streptokinase is a proteolytic enzyme secreted by β-hemolytic streptococci, with a molecular weight of approximately 47 kDa and composed of 414 amino acids. It exerts its thrombolytic effect by activating plasminogen to convert it into plasmin. Recombinant streptokinase is a recombinant protein drug used to dissolve blood clots, primarily indicated for the treatment of acute myocardial infarction and other thrombotic disorders. This product is expressed recombinantly in E. coli.

Chondroitinase ABC (Chondroitinase ABC I)

Chondroitinase ABC (Chondroitinase ABC I)
Chondroitinase ABC is an enzyme that specifically degrades glycosaminoglycans, such as chondroitin sulfate and dermatan sulfate. As a tool enzyme for studying glycosaminoglycans, ChSase ABC I is derived from Proteus vulgaris. This product is recombinantly expressed in E. coli and comprises 997 amino acid residues.

All-in-One Nuclease (Benzonase Nuclease)

All-in-One Nuclease (Benzonase Nuclease)
Universal nuclease, also known as broad-spectrum nuclease, is a genetically engineered enzyme derived from Serratia marcescens. It degrades all forms of DNA and RNA—including single‑stranded, double‑stranded, linear, circular, native, and denatured nucleic acids—cleaving them into 5′‑monophosphate oligonucleotides of 3–8 nucleotides in length, without exhibiting sequence‑specificity. Moreover, universal nuclease maintains high stability and enzymatic activity across an exceptionally wide range of conditions (e.g., 6 M urea, 0.1 M guanidine HCl, 0.4% Triton X‑100, 0.1% SDS, 1 mM EDTA, 1 mM PMSF), making it an ideal choice for various scientific applications as well as for the vaccine, protein, and polysaccharide pharmaceutical industries, where it effectively removes residual nucleic acids from samples or products, thereby enhancing sample purity and product bioactivity. This product is expressed in E. coli.

Recombinant human interferon-alpha 2a (IFNα2a)

Recombinant human interferon-alpha 2a (IFNα2a)
Interferon‑α2a (IFNA2; IFN‑α2), a member of the type I interferon family, is produced by plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) exposed to HIV‑1 BaL and functions to inhibit viral infection. The three major subtypes of interferon‑α2 are α‑2a, α‑2b, and α‑2c. Interferon‑α2b is the predominant allele, whereas interferon‑α2a is less prevalent, and interferon‑α2c represents only a minor allelic variant. Recombinant human IFN‑alpha 2a/IFNA2 protein (C24‑E188, R46K) comprises the full-length sequence of 165 amino acids and is expressed in E. coli.

Recombinant Chicken Alpha-Interferon (ChIFNα)

Recombinant Chicken Alpha-Interferon (ChIFNα)
Chicken α‑interferon (ChIFNα) is an avian cytokine with broad‑spectrum antiviral activity, capable of activating the host cell’s antiviral defense mechanisms and modulating the immune response. This recombinant protein is expressed in Pichia pastoris.

Recombinant human thymosin beta 4 (Thymosin beta 4, Tβ4)

Recombinant human thymosin beta 4 (Thymosin beta 4, Tβ4)
Thymosin β4 (Tβ4) is a small polypeptide composed of 43 amino acids, with a molecular mass of approximately 5 kDa. It is a major actin‑regulating factor in the human body, and by binding to monomeric actin (G‑actin), it helps maintain the dynamic equilibrium of the cellular cytoskeleton. Thymosin beta 4 protein, Human, is a recombinant form of thymosin β4 produced in E. coli.
